Slow mornings, clear water and a skipper who actually knows the coast

A group boat tour from Dubrovnik should feel like a day out with friends who happen to own a boat — not a packed ferry on a fixed loop. We keep our groups small so there is room to stretch out, shade when you want it and a proper turn in the water at every swim stop.

Our skippers grew up on this stretch of the Adriatic. They time the Blue Cave for the calmest light, find the quiet coves the big catamarans sail straight past, and know which beach bar on Šipan does the best grilled fish. You bring the swimsuit; we'll handle the rest.

How shared departures work

Booked in minutes, on the water by morning

We run scheduled group departures every day through the season (April–October), so there's almost always a boat going your way.

Our boats

Comfortable, well-kept & fully equipped

Every boat carries safety gear, life jackets in all sizes, shade and a cooler of cold water — checked before every trip.

People who'd rather be on the water anyway

We're a small, family-run crew based at Gruž harbour, sharing the coast we grew up on with visitors from all over the world. Between us we've spent more summers on this water than we'd care to admit.

That means a friendly face at the dock, honest advice on which tour suits your group, and the kind of local knowledge that turns a nice boat trip into the highlight of the holiday.

Good to know

Group boat tours in Dubrovnik — your questions answered

What are the best group boat tours from Dubrovnik?

The most popular is our half-day Blue Cave & Elaphiti Islands tour (from €65 per person). For a slower day try the full-day Elaphiti tour, the Mljet National Park trip or an evening sunset cruise.

How much do group boat tours in Dubrovnik cost?

Shared group tours start from €45 per person for a sunset cruise, €65 for the Blue Cave & Elaphiti half-day, €110 for a full-day Elaphiti tour and €120 for Mljet. Children pay reduced fares and under-4s go free. See the full tour price list.

Where do the boat tours depart from in Dubrovnik?

We depart from Gruž harbour (beside the cruise terminal) and the Old Town Port. Both are easy to reach from the Old Town and the Lapad & Babin Kuk hotels. Your exact meeting point is confirmed when you book.

What's included in a group boat tour?

Every shared tour includes an English-speaking local skipper, snorkelling gear for all ages, drinking water and fuel. Lunch and drinks are extra. You just bring a swimsuit, a towel and sun cream.

When is the best time of year for a Dubrovnik boat tour?

We run daily from April to October. July and August are warmest for swimming; May, June and September are quieter with settled seas and lower prices. There is a morning, afternoon or sunset departure most days.

Can I book a private boat instead of a shared group tour?

Yes — a private charter gives your group the whole boat and a custom route, from €450. It is ideal for families, celebrations and proposals.

How far in advance should I book?

In peak season (July–August) popular departures fill days ahead, so book early. Off-peak you can often join a tour with 24–48 hours’ notice. Check availability or message us on WhatsApp for the fastest answer.
