Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before

Plans change on holiday, and we’d rather you booked with confidence. You can cancel any shared group tour free of charge up to 48 hours before departure and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations inside 48 hours

• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund, or move to another date at no extra cost.
• Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: non-refundable, as the seats are held for you and the boat is committed.

Wherever we can, we’ll try to move you to another departure rather than charge a fee — just talk to us.

If we cancel for weather or safety

Your safety always comes first. If the sea is too rough or conditions are unsafe, we may cancel or re-route a tour. When we cancel a departure, you can choose either:

• a full refund, or
• a free transfer to another date during your stay.

We monitor the forecast closely and will contact you the day before if there’s any doubt, so you’re never left guessing at the dock.

Private charters

Private charter bookings are confirmed with a deposit. The deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your date; inside 14 days it is held against your booking. We’ll set this out clearly when you book a charter.

How to cancel or change
